I'm 7th in line with 23 invited, 17 accepted and 6 connected. And I am not even purple connected in my area, Wtf?

It does, I call HOVRS Customer Support, they say they will sent # to my country where my company are. They say they will give us purple # when we get MVP that day.
 
Even though Puerto Rico is outside of the USA, and STILL You are United States Citizen and Puerto Rico is part of the USA, aka USA territory.

I don't even need passport to go in Puerto Rico, and you don't even need passport to get in USA...
That is because Puerto Rico is still United States.

Hovrs have customers who live US Virgin Islands and Ontario, too.
