Is there any non phone product you can speak into it and read what someone says?

This is what I use on my old iPhone 4G. If you have a newer smartphone there is a voice record dictation built in for messaging now that can do the same thing on some newer model phones.

I have not found any that are NON-phone as of yet besides Dragon Dictation for computers.

I have an old AT&T phone

It does texts but you can't speak into it and tell me what you said.

you could buy newer phones for very cheap.
I paid $30 for new android phones at Walmart.
