Any problem after OTA (for sidekick)

My sidekick since OTA has become a laughable device. No longer can I use it to produce directional maps, no longer can i use it to receive emergency messages from police station or dv hotlines, no longer can i use it to communicate with vital agencies pertaining to our client's health and psychological statuses.

It keeps disconecting and ghosting.

Its become a useless piece of junk hanging from my belt.
