Any Online Free (or Cheap) Tty That Can Call Normal Phones?

I think it could be possible for developer to make TTY software for Android that use voice or data.

No question- I agree there. Problem comes with so many different devices- a lot like when a website or PC program is created/designed... too many possibilities to test .

Verizon hasn't update the text + data only plan to up with standard yet since Verizon introduced updated share plan last year.

AT&T already update their TAP to make cheaper to get one without voice plan for deaf people - 5 GB data with tethering and unlimited text.

What Verizon's deaf plan been bother me.... I look up on compare both deaf and normal plan.

Deaf: $55 for unlimited text and 2GB data. Voice charge per minute.
Normal: $55 ($20 per line plus $35 for 2GB data) for unlimited text, 2GB data, unlimited voice and hotspot.

What's wrong? 9_9
