Hi Guys,

I look Any Cheap Netbook with keyboard, webcam, and touch screen than Ipad and HP

Wow ASUS Eee PC T101MT
* Keyboard hide and open
* front webcam
* Mutli-touch screen
* 160gb hd
* support LiveUSB Android (or work SD flash) than Nvidia Pad

Cost $500 + upgrade Windows Home Premium $80 = $580.00 than IPad $700 for 64gb ($500 for 16gb)

Any cheap than ASUS Eee PC T101MT
(Keyboard (hide and open) + Multi-Touch + Front Webcam)

I don't care about battery
 
Well, all I can suggest is that you need to do the research. Netbooks are notorious for breaking down after a year or two.
 
I have older Panasonic Tough Book (slim laptop 12.1").

They do not have built-in Webcam and USB port.

Built-in Webcam is lousy because lack of control frames per sec
