HA HA! I just tease.. ;) but I am absolutely happy with current NV series laptop (travel or stay at friends place).

No, I don't think so people should turn off their laptop, unless windows require the reboot after update.. But its up to them turn off their PC for their secures or save electric environmental. ;)

No thats not true. I did n't turn off laptop or netbook for 24/7/365, no kidding.. honestly I have no problem with both laptops and netbooks unlike Xb360 console ended up RROD or the gaming PC's high ended video card blew up while playing video games. Anyway I had seen private business, Corp business and Government's own laptops still running on for 24/7/365 without turn it off.. I have two friends who use netbook as server for 24/7/365. they had no problem with their netbook.

Very common, Small factor cases as laptop, netbook, console, PC alway getting hot easily than big PC.

Do you turn off small phone, Mac-Mini, portable dvd player, etc?
 
I already bought Toshiba Satellite L655-S5114 after sold my MacBook Pro in 2 weeks ago and I love it.

There is major issue about battery is too shorter and 1366 x 768 isn't pretty for just 15 inches so I'm going live with this resolution.
