Understand exactly what you are saying, DD. I have often said the same thing when people pull a misleading article about something to do with deafness off the net and consider it to be scientifically valid.
Likewise, a person writing an article in their free time is not a representative of NASA even though they may be employed there. Unless NASA has sanctioned the article and the research, he is not representing NASA in any research efforts or conclusions he reaches. He is representing only himself.
