i know it IS TOUGH!!! BUT YOU CAN DO IT!... IT IS HEALTHIER too!!! how did you do it??? i did it by excercising, drinking lots of water and eating healthy and eating every two hours.... NO DIETS (diets DO NOT WORK- PERIOD--- and not even healthy either!!!) i have lost 65lbs so far.. (i am on plateau now bleh! but hopefully ill be finish by THIS SUMMER! )

for me... the way i did it ... i did it... ofc with excercise and lots of water (i am a water freak)... i am allowed 10 GRAMS OF SUGAR OR LESS, 10 GRAMS OF FAT OR LESS AND 650 MG OF SODIUM OR LESS for each meal... or anything that i eat... and one carb for lunch or dinner... that is it! .... it is a piece of cake for me.... and i eat sweets twice a week... so i stretch it out... and if i crave for sweets... i eat sugar free desserts such as sugar free pudding... things like that... and if i get hungry at night, ill have a fruit.. but no junk food....
it works for me... with the help of my nutritionist who is a well-known doctor... i have mentioned this in the previous threads months ago...
i am SO PROUD OF MYSELF CUZ I HAVE KEPT IT OFF FOR OVER A YEAR NOW! and will be able to for the rest of my life!!! i didn't even GAIN A FREKKEN POUND OVER THE HOLIDAYS!!! some people including my boyfriend did

For me..just a portion of protein and carbonhydrates to make a meal and add a serviing of vegetables to at least two of my daily meals. I usually eat 5 or 6 small meals per day.
For snack...fat free pudding, air popcorn, etc.
