Hey everyone!
I was recently being filled by audiologists for hearing problems after failing a routine hearing test. Turns out I have mild-moderate sensorineural hearing loss in both ears. I currently wear a hearing aid only on my right ear since it is worse than my left. I really struggle in conversations even if it is between one or two people. School has been really difficult this year and props to everyone who had school and got through it! I don't know very much asl considering I'm new to the deaf community and never had an interest before. I'm willing to learn asl and I hope to learn the basics soon. Congrats if you made it to the end as I'm aware of how boring I am.
