American Presidents

I may go to see Pres Bush, Jr at his Oval office. Silence Gold will teach me how to do. I am waiting for him to come over here.

Freaky may joins with me. ;) Bush may be more thrilled us ! :D

Nixon was the first president who impeached for lying to the government (Watergate scandal). No wonder he grew his long nose as he blatantly lied to the public.

Nixon was never impeached for lying to the Government...He just resigned to avoid being impeached and was pardoned by Ford in 75. Andrew Johnson was the 1st prez to be impeached and he was found not Guilty like Clinton did when he got impeached on the Monica affair.
 
I like the way he spoke his thoughts. He got a good head reglardless of mistakes he has made in those years.

Being USA president is nightmare job!!! U know why?? Mixing professional and personal in same position like 24/7. Look at many scandals about marriage, adultery, etc... That's huge spotlight for every USA president! Glad I am not 35 yet for able to become president of my country. *relief*
 
nobody is my hero for prez of american ... only one is true hero to me is look up in the sky ^^^^^^^^ he is the one who is my hero !

Every aders, I would vote Al Gore for President of U.S.A.. I hope he will running for president of U.S.A. in Future bright!! :fingersx: :fingersx:
 
If I had to pick a Prez I'd pick Teddy Roosevelt for many reasons:

1) He had the Panama Canal built
2) In 1898 when he was Colonel of the U S Army he led his soldiers personally up San Juan Hill in Cuba and captured it from the Spanish during the Spanish-American War (and he won the Medal of Honor for this)
3) He was a common-sense environmentalist
4) He was well known for his quote "Speak softly and carry a big stick"
5) On a hunting trip he refused to shoot a bear cub thus causing the "Teddy Bear" toys to be popular when he was president
6) He won the Nobel Peace Prize for ending the Russian-Japanese War.

Little Dubya and the Draft Dodger Bill Clinton cudnt hold up a Candle to Teddy. Nobody except FDR and JFK (I'll excuse his womanizing ways) were almost like Teddy during the 20th century IMO.


oh and one thing Teddy and FDR happen to be 3rd ( I think so) cousins! except that Teddy was Republican and FDR was Democratic.

It wud be nice for Al Gore to run for Prez but he is not doing that for 2004 so it seems we're being given an opportunity to vote fer Joe Lieberman then

Ronald Reagan was only Divorced before (when married to Jane Wyman in the 1940's ) that was before he married Nancy and went on to become the Prez
