I should find that last pic i took of her before the night of the play when I was testing out the camera that I borrowed. OMFG, she looks horrible. Her liver problems are making her look worst. I think everyone would :barf:

UGH...I hate her. She tells me that she is getting rid of the cats. I totally love the cats. Then she tells me that I can't have them. She just knows that will piss me off cuz I really want the cats. They slept with ME all the time. When I came home, they met ME at the door. I fed them. I cleaned out their litter.
 
You're not wrong. If everyone is going to screw you over on something that should have been their responsibility, then take care of your own responsibilities by shutting your part down.
 
Vampyrox just made the right point. Do you have a contract of lease or rent? She cannot kick you out right away. It's a law. You have 30 days to move out. If she does that and you can take her to the court. Second, you havent move out just because you want to stay at your friend's place for tempoary until the power is on. Have you help to pay some for utilities?

Its too late now. I've been screwed by her and that is it. I should have listened to MANY people including ShieldTalisman, but I am a stubborn portigee (local term for portuguese person). You know what, I learn on my mistakes now. I move on. This bad experience will just make me a better person now.
 
Well.. You just take them to the court. They kicked you out in the middle of MONTH. You lost the HALF of amount for RENT. That's not appropriate.

I could take them to court, but then I would have to take time out of work to go to court and stuff. The money means very lil to me (I can't say nothing, cuz we all could use a lil extra money). I have been wanting for a LONG time to get out of there. Now that I am, my life will only improve. I am confident with that.

I did once with my apt rent money back due apt fire last 2 summer ago.

Did you sign the contract for rent or lease? if not, then it's out of question. Unless if you write the checks and there are some records to proof that you did pay the rent.

No contract. I was living in the basement apartment with Sandy, a girl I was dating from Aug to Jan. We mutually broke up (long story) and continued to be roomies. The landlord is Sandy's sister. Her and her 3 kids (who I will miss very dearly) lived on the 1st floor. She also rented out the 2nd floor, too. Anyways, it was all verbal and mostly cash.

prostock19, You made the wrong decision to live there. Because you are risking your own. So now, be prepared to get your own place and all.. which you d be able to get your life back together or get a place to stay with contract or lease.
