I don't know jack squat about math...uhh...I think I am going off topic here..stupid me
 
for the exact work it is as follows:
5x5=n+1
25=n+1
25-1=n
24=n
n=24
 
n is known in the equation as a variable - we must give the variable a value for the equation to be definite.
 
and many thanks to Pallavi Ketkar for bringing math down to my level for the first time in my life. :D (too bad I dont get to have her this semester - dammit!)
