I've noticed that some of you may have the wrong time zone set up on your computer. I thought I'd create this thread so that you can test it for your time zone in case you're having trouble setting it.
To change your time zone settings, click on User CP. Next, scroll down a bit and click on Edit Options. Finally, scroll down until you see "Date & Time Options". You'll see a box that has something like:
(GMT -5:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada), Bogota, Lima
Since I live in Rochester, New York, I need to have mine set to this so that it fits my time zone.
Now, how do we test it? Go ahead and make one post. As soon as your post is made, immediately check to see the time displayed when you made your post. If it matches (or nearly matches) the time of your computer, then you're fine. If not, then you should go to settings and fix that. Hope this helps!
