Doesn't the rules say that the dare needs to be directed at the poster above? so you can't really control who you dare, unless you specifically direct it to someone else, but then it loses the essence of the game.

Yes, you can control it, I post after you, you are then above me, therefore the dare I write applies to you.

I will be nice and dare you to do nothing unusual. :D

Of course, I am now open to a dare from whoever posts next.

I see what you meant, now (I think?). I guess in the "too many times rule" it would go to the 2nd person above. probably.
