Would it be nice if all of us Deaf in AllDeaf, go on a Cruise to
Bahamas, get to know one another much better, and have
fun?

How about going to on a Royal Caribbean???

For 4 nights, July 9, 2007 to July 12, 2007 for $239 a inside cabin
or $248 an outside cabin, port charges included, taxes and fees additional.

My deaf friend Phillipe got all the information, you guys can email him,
his email is CruisewPhillipe@aol.com. He can help you with finding
a cheaper airfare.

Monday - Port Canaveral, Florida
Tuesday - CocoCay, Bahamas
Wednesday - Nassau, Bahamas
Thursday - Nassau, Bahamas
Friday - Port Canaveral, Florida

Phillipe said he want to know how many people will come, so that
he can book it, so that the travel agent will give us group discount.

Yeah! $239 is more than I spent for the whole weekend when I was in St. Louis for the recent AllDeaf Caucus.

not this time i am going on cruise next oct with one friend of mine and some of the ADers who are going

It would be nice but can't. We are making plans for baby number 2 and don't know when the due date will be. So I rather to stay and be safe during my 2nd pregnancy. I am not pregnant yet. Once I do, I'll let you guys know! :)

I'll love to travel...also I haven't got a passport either. I needed to get one.

Prices is reasonable. Maybe next time. Thanks for the post! :thumb:
 
A cruise would be nice, and the price is reasonable but it seems that the dates selected will conflict with many ADers attending the wedding. Can you pick another date?

For myself, I would have to consider the round-trip price to the port, and the date. Normally, my only "vacation" times are four weeks in May, and two weeks in mid-August.

So, right now, I must vote "no".

What number occupancy for each cabin?
 
I'm also voting no. It would be too expensive for me. I am wheelchair bound, and would need a wheelchair accessible cabin. This ups the price substancially, so no.
 
The prices are very reasonable. I know all meals on the cruise ship are included in the prices. I would love to go but the dates of July 9th to 12th are not good for me.
 
I am sorry to say this.. its expensive for me though..
because I have to purchase flight tickets round trip..
plus cruise
plus spender $$

just hope i win lottery.. hehe
 
It sounds like great. It would be nice to meet some of AD members in a cruise. However, I haven't decided if I want go to Bahamas next summer. I'll see. I'll let you guys know...
