i'm just shocked and dumbfounded that my city is named "all-american city" this makes me sit and wonder and wonder for days why i'm seeing celebration here in my hometown just because its named all-american city...

and why is it called all-american city while i view its not a best place to live? its boring here.. all the fun things people can do here are fitness, YMCA, and bowling.. summer there's waterpark.. that's about it :doh:

I don't think they picked your city because of the entertainment... :mrgreen:

Er...I think they picked it because it is a very nice place to live and raise a family.
 
:bsflag: Beaverton, Oregon? Huh? Unbelievable! It is a rat race there, traffic that you cannot believe and freeways that make no sense. There are gangs and drugs, just like every place else.

Im glad Golden, Colorado is nomainted, Golden is a beauiftful l town on the valley of the foothills,right off the rocky mtsits right off Highway 70 that goes into the mts. im only 10 mins away from there, Nozobo can we move there?? :ily:

but is it best place to live? or are they trying to lure people to move there?

my town is been nomiated.. and i think that's full of :bsflag: here have plenty of crimes that mexicans made... somalis gets all the welfare money i've seen once a while during night on way home from work.. seen mexicans been arrested.. man.. why is my town been nomiated all american city if its like this?

and there's plenty of car theifs around here.. stealing cars, stereos, speakrs, CD, etc etc

Yes its nice place to live but im sure its has own crime. but mostly high percent of crime is east of denver like Aurora, Motbello, parker,
