And looks like the cyborg is older than the Star Trek series, but I am not sure how old is the Star Trek.. ..?

no we formed the word "ci-borg" because of Star Trek: TNG Borgs and Voyagers's Seven of Nine .

Yes, that too, but I think without the first ever "cyborg" there would be no TNG-borgs or other CI- borgs .. :)
