Afterhours.

Hmmm . . . that and lay off the caffeine! Works for me! ;)

That too... For years, caffeine did not keep me all jittery. I'd sit at a coffee house and have pots of coffee then go home and fall asleep. Then, I started getting panic attacks while trying to fall asleep. It seems that if I had anything caffeinated to drink anytime after 3 in the afternoon, I wouldn't be able to sleep till midnight or so (back in the days when I would try to go to bed by 9). Caffeine will stay in your system for up to 8 hours.

Funny! Coffee only works for me when I want it to work. It used to keep me awake years ago, but now it doesn't. I've also switched to decaf, as too much regular coffee makes me jittery. I won't touch Starbucks coffee, as it's way too strong. McDonald's used to have fantastic coffee before they switched and went stronger. If I stop for coffee, it's at the local gas station and have the regular blend. My dad makes good coffee; he uses three tablespoons for eight cups of water. Though it could be a tad stronger, it's what he prefers. I make it the same way when I'm visiting my parents. There's no damn excuse for coffee that's stronger than a man at an Iron Man competition!:pissed:
