Hello,
I’m needing some advice please, I’m in the UK and my job is assessing people with sensory impairments and issuing equipment, advising and signposting when necessary.

I have a client coming to see me on Thursday for advice but I’m pretty stuck if I’m honest.

My client has Bluetooth hearing aids in which he links to his mobile phone ordinary but often finds signal interrupted, he’s aware of relay U.K. and doesn’t like it so he’s wanting alternative communication methods for when his mobile phone isn’t receiving reliable signal, can any help me please?

Hi I'm from the US so not sure if my advice could help.
I see hearing aid users using Bluetooth have a connection issues that is very common maybe the person needs to go back to the audiologist for a software update.

Relay calls and any app can be challenging to use but other choices are phone apps such as
they still use the relay but it also uses voice recognition such as AI I think .

phone apps both Apple and Andriod

That's all I can think in the moment.
this site isn't as popular as before so maybe some other forums in UK may help you out.
