It's only a rude word when a person intended to use it in that way. Okay, let me tell you what these words COULD mean but I know you don't mean it that way. You and everyone else can call me Chi-Chi, I only will take it as another way of calling me with that nickname.

Chi-chi can mean gay. Chi Chi can mean enormous breasts.

Chi Chi can mean cute nickname for someone. It does not bother me if anyone calls me Chi Chi. I am gay (happy person) and have those ta-tas

So I'm fine with anyone calling me that. I don't view it as a negative term towards me.
