My friends and I talked disagree and agree about If Man who work with high pay and going to marry with woman who have ssdi so however.

Her ssdi will reduced because Her to be husband s Salary high but My friends oppose and said Her ssdi will be same? :dunno:????

No, should not be reduced based on her husban's salary.

nope..

I got married, same incomes no problem with my ssdi... but they only will reduces if you have SSI only... but this was for SSDI--- so.... Her friend is safe :)

Really? my friend said her ssdi was reduced because her new husband earn high pay job?? ! :):):) And... where I can find information .. I did tried looked ssdi website but nothing? Umm
 
SSDI will not be reduced if that person marries someone who earns high salary. But if the SSI part that comes with SSDI in some cases will be cut off so that is why it looks like SSDI is reduced but it is not. Hope this helps.

NO... i was on ssdi... when i married to my late husband...
 
to be frank ssi and ssdi shouldnt exist its the reason of the fiancial downfall well part of it anyway
bascially most deaf ppl are sucking the money out of government by doing nothing there are alot of job avaiable out there just need to look at right place and be more flexiable hell working at mcdonalds is still better than ssi and ssdi seriously from my experience my ssi was cutted off i had to work at mcdonald s for a while and i earned more than 1200 a month and that is double of my ssi? so yah its worth it besides mcdonald s job re too easy no thinking necessary just be fast thats all and clean of course hehe
the point is in my opinion ssi or ssdi should go to ppl who actually physically cant work like no legs or blind or mentally challanged
hell even my grandpa who passed away (may he rest in peace) he had his legs cutted off due to diabetic problem that infected his legs to the point where it doesnt work anymore he was offered a ssdi he refused and wanted to work i remember he said "screw the ssdi i still have mya rms i can work dammnit!" that shocked my mother it was funny
what i m trying to say is why need ssi when there s jobs out there? i dont believe it when deaf ppls ay they cant cuz honeslty job re reasy to find in right season like spring or summer hell ups re very easy to get in
sorry long letter i m just letting u all know my opinion of ssi and ssdi

government should cut off ssi and ssdi for ppl who can work thats my opinion

It's not as simple as that. Lots of times, people dont need the money that goes along with having SSI.....it's more about having health insurance. Hell even people with no major health issues have difficulty paying for health insurance.
I definitly think that disabilty should be just for very unable people...Like quads and people with MR! Oh, and my best friend is blind, and he would be PISSED at the suggestion that he can't work. Most disabled people have the skills to work...........
 
oh come on that hearing people ways...... look at black people does have... i dont mean protect again black.... just look at black people using alots than handicap people..... i agree with u... smile
