I'm very curious...

How often do you clean your house/apt?

I'm trying to clean the house EVERYDAY for my parents that way I could be busy to cleaning plus, I don't want to seeing my parents a bit suffer with jobs then coming to home and see how mess their house are also, I want to make my habit with cleaning so I can clean my own home everyday since I have a daughter. So, I'm just curious about you guys, how often you clean and etc like that.

So let's dicussion about it!

I used to try keep clean at my old house because my kid and ex husband always make mess. My room is clean daily because i live with my roommate. I always clean but bad clutters. lol

Laundry= every day.

Vacuum= two times a week.

Every day pick up any mess. Dusting probably one time each week.

Now my kids are living in their own homes it is much easier.

I have some kind of cleaning disorder or messy cleanup syndrome, so when I see a decent mess I get an impulse to clean it up.. That means, like a bread crumb that fell onto the floor from the subway sandwich I'm eating, or the few strands of hair i see on my desk. Or the grime you see in the shower while showering.

Aside from that, I probably vacuum once a week on average.

I try to clean everyday but it's hard because every time I clean, my kid made a mess within a SECOND.

Now I am gonna try to keep bathrooms and kitchen stay clean daily. But for other rooms, every 2-3 days.

One day I would feel like clean then other day I don't feel like to clean ugh!

i clean my apartment every day or every other day depending on what i'm doing. i dust every day (due to my allergies). i vacuum the carpeting and mop the bathroom/kitchen floors every other day. i have to vacuum every other day because i don't want tigger's dog hair to accumulate on the carpeting, furniture or electronics. as for mopping as frequently as i do, i can't stand to walk on floors that are sticky or dirty. when i'm manic i'll clean my apartment from top to bottom even if it's not necessary. i *love* the smell of a clean home and the satisfaction i get after cleaning. i guess you could say i'm somewhat of a "neat freak," but you can blame that on my first ex-boyfriend who was a total slob.
