ABC News Exclusive: Zimmerman Medical Report Shows Broken Nose, Lacerations After Tra

Intentions and actions can't be recorded on an audio tape.

911 dispatcher: Are you following him? [2:24]
Zimmerman: Yeah. [2:25]

911 dispatcher: OK. We don’t need you to do that. [2:26]
Zimmerman: OK. [2:28]

are you saying that from this transcript, Zimmerman wasn't really following him even though he told dispatcher that he was?

Can you read???

The dispatcher asked him the FIRST question "Are you following him?". He answered yes and THEN he was told that he doesn't need to do that. He replied "OK". So it's possible that he stopped following TM AFTERWARD. Did the dispatcher ask him again if he is still following him or not after that? If not, then how do you know that GZ continued following him?

The prosecutor must prove somehow that GZ wasn't telling the truth. If they can't, he must be acquitted. Remember, the lead detective told the court at the bond hearing that he has no evidence of who started it. What's more, TM's father told the authorities that the recorded voice crying for help was not his son's.

Do you think that George Zimmerman must be acquitted?

In bold, where is source to support your claim? You don't provide a source about communication between George Zimmerman and Trayvon Martin.

Following him on foot or in the car? Following him at a distance, or close up? Following him cautiously, in the shadows, or following him boldly in plain sight? It really doesn't describe anything, one way or another.

Also, following and pursuing/chasing are very different actions.

FACT: Zimmerman was following Trayvon. He admitted that to dispatcher
FACT: We do not know what happens after he said "OK". It doesn't mean anything. He is either disregarding it or acknowledging it.
FACT: Zimmer instigated the situation by acting on it.
FACT: It was completely avoidable if Zimmerman remained in his car. Why would he get out of his car to follow him or whatsoever when he said that Trayvon was circling around his car, eyeballing him, and acting real suspicious or threatening with his hand in pocket?
FACT: Detective and Corey don't believe him.

Well it's certainly not "in the car" since altercation occurred on sidewalk behind the houses which is not accessible by car. The place where altercation occurred is quite a distance from his car.

And I read that there is a sound of Zimmerman leaving his truck and closing the door to follow Trayvon when he told dispatcher that he was running away.

17th paragraph from What happened the night Trayvon Martin died - CNN.com:

Who was yelling? When the 911 calls were later played back for him and he was asked if they were from his son, an emotional Tracy Martin "quietly responded 'no'."

You don't provide a source about communication between George Zimmerman and Trayvon Martin.
You can find one of many sources for that. Do your homework.

But was Zimmerman in the car at the time he said he was following him? Did he get out of the car to specifically follow Martin, or do something else? Was he still in the act of following Martin at the time of the altercation or was he headed away from him?

The lawyers on both sides will be asking lots of questions to tear apart any assumptions.

Nothing is ever as cut and dry as one thinks in a criminal trial. Every tidbit of evidence and testimony with be picked at.

From your link...
Who was yelling? When the 911 calls were later played back for him and he was asked if they were from his son, an emotional Tracy Martin "quietly responded 'no'." But an FBI analysis, also detailed on Thursday, said it couldn't be determined whose voice it was due to the "extreme emotional state" of whomever was yelling, a lack of words from which to compare, overlapping voices and "insufficient voice quality" on the recording.

You don't provide a source about this transcript - http://www.alldeaf.com/2061836-post225.html

I'm going consider your post as bogus due lack of source.

Trayvon Martin is already died so we won't hear from him in the court. :(

That's right. His side will have to be represented by the state.

We might not even hear from Zimmerman. Defendants often choose not to testify on the stand.

Most court cases are decided by other testimony and evidence.

Yes, Foxrac....I read that also....perhaps you missed it somewhere, but trust me, I read it also.

Read page 56 in Scribd. That proves that GZ was screaming for help, not TM. That will be used as evidence in court hopefully.

That's not what I was asking and I'm not point about ask for help.

I asked you about where is source that you EXACTLY typed like that in bold.

Look in bold...
So you are saying that TM confronted him later (second confrontation) before the attack. Right?

During the second confrontation:

TM; "Do you have a problem?"
GZ; "No"
TM; "Well, now you do."
BAM! POW! WHAM!
TM; "You are going to die tonight."
BAM! POW! WHAM!
GZ; "HELP HELP HELP!"
