A Thread About Absolutely Nothing! Part III

I prefer thin crust too and I don't think I am missing out on anything at all with the thick crust- People have their own preferences and tastes. what may be fabulous, excellent or awesome for one may just be 'eh' for another.

All right..... Time to stop feeling sad, and get moving, and fight back any unwanted sad feelings. I'm gonna try and stay positive today, and not even think sad thoughts. Just not worth it if I want to do something productive this week. I am determined to keep sadness at bay.

It's ok to feel sad, but it's a good idea to try to stay positive and do things to keep the sadness from taking over your life. Do things but allow the sadness too.

Yes, I know. It's the thought of their having it very rough that makes it sad, thus making it depressing to think about, and I'd rather not fall into that hole. I'd rather keep the depression far far away from me, and keep focused on stuff I need to be doing. I'll manage myself easier that way.

It is 5:50 AM and I wish it would fast forward to 4 PM so I can lie down on the couch. My legs and stomach are so sore. I don't want to move!

Shel, what about the possibility that you might be over-doing your exercise regimen?

...I did 40 mins of weights (biceps, back and stomach), 10 min of stretching, 10 mins of warm up and 35 mins on the elliptical. I did several crunches so my stomach was sore. I just wanted to be lazy and not go to work.

I just wish I didn't need to work.

:hmm: For some reason, I somehow missed sharing this photo. Probably because the day it was taken, other stuff came up. :|

Do you break your spaghetti before cooking it ?? I never do that , I do cut up some to give to my dog , he loves spaghetti with sauce. But he end up having red fur , he is a white dog .

Yep, I do. I like shorter noodles rather than long. :)
