Turbos are the most cool thing. Ever!!! EVER!!!

I am currently writing a short story outline at my local Starbucks. The tale is about Dolphins.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie is a lot about nothing to me . People act like they're some kind freaken god or something!

I never really cared about them.

So upset that my foot problems are back. I wish I never joined to play softball again. I was able to jog and do Zumba before I started playing softball again. I quit 8 years ago because of my foot inflammation and I just returned to playing. BIG mistake. I will stick it out until NSAD and then I am all done!

Take it easy and rest your foot.

Have you asked you doctor about it — it might not be from the softball.

I had it 8 years ago...it is plantar fasciitis. Very painful. I plan on making an apt about it again but I know what my dr will say. No more exercise for a year. I did that 8 years ago and gained 50 lbs. I guess I am just avoiding it.

This is why I wondered if doctor would say it was from something other than softball. How different do you move for softball than these other things?

It is from the metal cleats ...the pounding of my foot on the metal blades on the bottom.

Early AM...was driving down the road and noticed a big Lizard clinging to my car hood near the windshield....:giggle:...tried to slow down...and find a place to pull over and get him off....but before I could...he went flying into the wind....Leaping Lizards!...

I never played softball that seriously (just neighborhood pickup & some in gym class as a kid) so didn't think of that at all. But. . . thought metal was not the only thing used as cleats anymore.

It's going to be a journey with USANA, and see the results in me. Excited :D

Have seen so many Lizards where I live....even my doggie chases them in the flower garden....when I was a kid, used to chase them too :giggle:...rub their head and back and say...."Lizard. Lizard...show me the $$"...and when they opened their mouths the red fin-like thingy came out...even stuck my finger into their mouth, doesn't hurt at all....had a few in the house also that the Cat dragged in...*snif*...one had only 1/2 of a tail and the Cat would play and knock it all over the house.

Are lizards common down South? I do not think I have ever seen one other than when I was in Las Vegas.
