The rest you need to provide hotel cost, flight tix or whatever transportation you take and depends where your coming from. Plus, money for food. This can get pretty expensive.

Yes, these games are very expensive. People will be having activities around like Las Vegas has an event going on and a couple of casinos too if people can't go to the actual game.

Yes in 2010 and closed the account in 2011 - many of them seems fake and obsessed with drugs so I don't feel like trust to meet them in real life.
