just coming around to check this site out and I'm just about to leave for college have fun all all of you :cool2:
 
I came home to an ant farm after , a long day working . I got some Eco Smart spray safe for children and pets. No fun cleaning up a pest full of ants

Where do you live that ant are still getting into your home? I put cayenne pepper on my counter when I get ants in my kitchen , it help keeps the ants away .
 
What's more interesting is that many Pats fans are crying foul over the refs in the Broncos game but in the past have always told others to "suck it up" when other fans think the refs made bad calls in games where the Pats won... :hmm:

Whether or not there were true bad calls in the recent game is a separate matter (to me anyway).
 
Why do the credit card machines visually (words on screen) tell you not to remove the card (with chip), but when it's time to remove the card you get a blank screen and an audio message? I could hear a voice, but being hard of hearing, I could not understand what it was telling me. :roll:

The ones at Walmart here do display a visual to remove.

I didnyt know they made sound, but since we mostly go to the same places all the time, the cashiers are prepared to help us.

Well, if the cashier wasn't on the store phone (someone calling into the store) she might have helped me, as others have. I just let the card stay there until she could tell me it was ok to remove it. I don't know if all of them "talk".
 
I think a lot of them do have 'verbal' directions- the newer ones anyway. A lot of places I go to and do the self check out (or even regular), they still have older machines.

Yeah you can have ants your house all year in CA. I once put a plant outside when I lived in Ca. I brought the plant in for the night and when I woke up the next day I had no more plant! A snail had crawled into the hole in the flower pot and had a feast in the middle of the night ! It ate all the leafs of my poor plant . The bugs were big in Ca. !
Did you get rid of the ants?
