Guess they've never heard of email and IM. :roll: Oh, and pen & paper. Such an antiquated way to communicate. I used to work with a guy who had an accent and the few times that we talked and I had trouble understanding him, he was quick to write it down for me.
 
Just learned that Harry Potter is the #1 grossing franchise (movies, books, etc.) of all time.

My hubby and I got into a spirited debate about Star Wars being #1; and after looking it up, not only are they not, they're fifth! LOL.
 
I wonder if anyone would try to top Harry Potter in the future? :)

I don't know that you can "try". It's either gonna be a huge hit or it's not. I'm not 100% positive, but I think I heard "Frozen" was the biggest DISNEY movie franchise of all time, or at least box office sales. I don't think J.K. Rowling expected the huge hit that Harry Potter turned out to be.

It was a perfect weather when we ran. It was really nice!!! ironicaly we both ran a little slow. uh oh. lol

thank you. in two weeks, my three girlfriends and i will run for the mountain goats in syracuse ny. I heard that it has more hills. i hope 10 miles not too bad compare with 13.1 miles with hills.

Well, since you are running for MOUNTAIN goats, there's going to be some real steep hills, :lol:. Will root for y'all since it seems to be for a good cause.....

I think my 14-15 year old kitty has stomach acid. Since I can't afford to take her to the vet for diagnosis (and that's not something they can easily diagnose anyway), I hope what I've found on the internet helps. So far, baby food on a raised surface is helping. Though she'd like more, I'm giving her stomach a chance to adjust to her eating again.
