Just got home from a pizza joint where people were discussing the Gaia Theory. Dang, so THAT'S what I've been talking about so ineffectively in here. Hah.

Our power was out from about 9:30 until 1:30 today. Needless to say I did not attend morning sermon today. The reason for the outtage is unknown. *shrugs*
 
OMG....my ex hubby's recent ex girlfriend texted me telling me that he cheated on me for a whole year while we were married. I replied saying that it was a long time ago and that I am past it and thank you.

Good lord! This is valuable information for her, not so much for you. This tells her what kind of a ride she is in for. If I were her friend, I'd tell her to run.

Oh he broke up with her. Did you see my story about what happened over Thanskgiving weekend? With all the drama? lol
 
Well I went to work, did some book reading, now I'm home about to eat dinner and Making plans to finish that book tonight.

My son did this great project on Diversity (it was the theme) and he was so proud of it! Today, the winners were supposed to be announced. We go to look and see the other projects and (if he won :) and there was no mention of the winners. So, we go to ask the (snobby/bitchy) PTA president and she says- "oh. Well I haven't had time to list it". Um. Ok. Well you have a bunch of little kids expecting the news, and you don't have time?!?! It would have been different if they hadn't said winners would be announced.

Edit to add: He won last year, so I think part of him was hoping to win again. I told him it doesn't matter either way- we are still proud of his work. But it would still be nice to know.

I am just wondering what is she hoping to get out from texting me to tell me about something that happened 11 years ago with him. I know she is angry and hurting with the discovery of him cheating on her but then again she did the same to his ex girlfriend. She dated him while he was still living with his ex girlfriend nd moved in the day after she and her kids were kicked out. Now, the same thing has happened to her. What comes around goes around. I have no sympathy for him or for her. She is not going to find me as an ally..not after she tried to take my daughter away from me.
 
Strange day...had a ride to the doctor's office for a check up via my insurance...since I'm not allowed to drive for a while......he drove up in a very dirty Van, back seats were out....his glasses were so thick, I was worried about him being able to see!....He had all the proper paperwork, tho'...so I got in...he proceeded going a very different way (not on the expressway)....going down a dirt and wooded road...

I was getting a litle leery of the whole situation...he mouthed to me..."Have to pick up another client".....

Had to call for a ride home from the doctor's office also...another lady came to pick me up....she was eating hot dogs, chips & soda....the entire way back to my home....very unprofessional if you ask me!....and this was part of my insurance "perks" they were raving about?....I would have rather called a cab.
