Happy autumn day :) ( I think)
 
Looking forward to my brother's girlfriend's birthday bash this Friday night. We will hit the streets of Baltimore and go bar-hopping. :)
 
I get to sleep in tomorrow :)
 
I am anxiously awaiting Oct 15th. I will be spending the weekend with MaryLou4 in West Central FL. We will be seeing Hollykins and another person for a deaf social on Friday night. I hope to learn a bit, and have a weekend away from my mother for rest and relaxation. No kids, no mother, no MIL, and no hubby. If we do this right, I will get to do this either every month or every other month.

Kristina, sounds like a great plan for you! How far will you have to drive to get there?

212 miles. Close to 3 1/2-4 hours driving. I will go up on Friday morning to be there early afternoon. Social is Friday night. Then Sunday morning I will drive back home. Hubby will handle all the driving needs for his mother while I am gone, and my kids will work together to do the cooking while I am gone. My mother is a little upset at my leaving and my son is worried about me, but, I will be fine and I need a break from my mother.
 
kristinab, thats SO great!! stick with your plan since you need your own time for yourself and enjoy it!!!! they will be fine as long as you make the plan for them.
 
exciting for this weekend- Fremont vs Texas for HS homecoming football game!!

We beat Texas twice in football field and hoping for 3rd time...I will be on the field and ready to wrap Fremont players ankles or whatever and assist to MT (medical team)

Can not believe that I have witnessed the biggest draw in the Australian Football League (AFL) grand final, they are 68 vs 68 with St Kilda Saints and colligwood Magpies - they are having a rematch next weekend, so fukking close, but AWESOME game! :shock: this has been a repeat to the 1977 game! :eek:
