Jiro, its your turn to tell us something useless :giggle:
I am off to the gym for now

I just took a dump and was reading magazine on which gun to buy. Thinking of Remington 870 and/or Ruger cockless revolver. it's so "cheap" to buy shotgun.

and now here I am.... burning Windows 7 to dvd....

I am now facebook friends with my boss, plus a boat load of former bosses. Either they must really like me, or they want to try to dig up some shit about me.

LOL. So far, I do not have bosses on my facebook friends. :Ohno:

I have a question for someone who is knowledgeable on the subject:

I have always been told that I have a moderate-severe hearing loss. I've never fully understood why my loss is described by two terms. I've always assumed that it was because one ear had only a moderate loss while the other had a severe loss. Is this right? I know that one ear is better than the other. Does anyone have an answer for me?

Of course, Grasshopper. It depends upon your db level of loss, and they can average this and moderate-severe is where you are.

Wait and I will see if I can find a chart.

Yes indeed! But I'll see how it plays out. So far nothing bad has happened. I tend to avoid trouble anyway. But you never know, one little thing could bother them and they will use it against me as a worker.......

Neither did I until the last couple of months. I have been getting friend requests from them.

Bet it feels weird to accept them. LOL

I'm severe-profound. that's pretty bad. basically one step away from totally deaf.

The other day, I looked over all of my hearing test results and my mother was amazed. She never kept up with it, it was my father's responsibility as he had the hearing loss and understood more than she.

In a span of 3 years, I went from moderate, to moderately severe to severe to profound to total deaf.

My son is at a mild to moderate and daughter is at mild.

Thanks for looking it up for me, Botts! I just looked at the chart. I had no idea that moderate-severe was its own little section... I always thought that it was strictly "mild", "moderate", "severe", and "profound". Goes to show you how much I know about my own hearing loss. I think that in the time that I've been on this site, I've learned more about my hearing loss than I ever had. And I've been HOH since birth...
