^^I agree, video card doesn't do anything with webcam. Video card only function is to power computer games or display colors and also rendering graphics, too.
video card memory doesnt matter. for instance my old laptop has 16mbs. the webcam is running smoothly on this laptop... i use webcam on this laptop frequently for videorelaying and webchatting...
