$90 ticket for losing control and getting stuck in snow

I hope you're being sarcastic because I'd fight the ticket too if my car slid on a road like that and became stuck.

Remind me in umm 2002 and I got an accident from black ice and it was only 20 Mph due I got brand new tires then one day later black ice road were anywhere. Anything, 10 mintures later, officer came and she gave me the two tickets and it said "“Violating Basic Speed Law/Too Fast" or something like and another ticket for no insurance because I can't find insurance card anywhere in my old SUV after accident.

Around 1 months later, I went to court with my extra insurance card and brand new tires receipt with date to proof. I never drove without insurance since I own vehicle all in my life. Judge asked officer, "Did you witness driver drove too fast?" Officer said, "No." Judge waived my two tickets away.

Whatever you disagreed with officer and DON"T argue with him/her till courtroom.

I agree with 100% , the cop does not know if she driver was speeding. I have gone into skid while driving below the speed limit. I hope the driver win her case.

When u are unable to stop within 3 seconds you are going too fast. People forget speed limit means the max

I got 2x4 and im the slowest bloke in the snowstorm cuz I damn donr want to be paying 500 in deductible for a crash or deal w tow or police etc.

If u cannot brake on ice then ur goin too dang fast. Alot folk s in mich know that

You were exactly in situation like my daughter did last few weeks ago, She wrecked her car and Officer gave her exactly what you had. She have to fight at court soon. She have lot of evidence because the 18 yr old girl who drove lexus got spun out and stuck between 2 lanes on icy highway claiming that she had blowout and her car battery died, won't start. There are conflict in her story. It's more likely my daughter will win the case. She got other witness who nearly rear ended her and have prove that girl did not use flasher or any means of emergency warning system.
