8 year old shoots and kills 90 year old caregiver

Do you wish these information drop on wrong hands?

There are plenty of black market owners out there looking for kids like this one to join in their outlaw member list. This is very dangerous, and not many are aware of this happening! And you don't care? Sad!

The real reason for these black market crooks using kids is to shield themselves from the law and kids becomes victim as "Fall guys", this is exact whats happening right now.

Yes, I do not want to see name in public.

toy guns or killing games never came in my house only computer games allowed; tetrus chess scrabble train sets and books, best of lot was going to park with children
maybe parenting skill one of the biggest problems i not sure about naming the child but putting him in a controlled family enviroment strict disapline and love no computer games maybe a start

I think it is illegal to reveal the minor name in public without permission. :aw:

I know it illegal but would you want your child going to school with a kid that killed someone and not knowing if that child is capable of going this again? If this kid was older his name would had been reveal to the public and it the court would have to decide if as a risk to the public or himself.
I just hope the boy is not able to get his hands on a gun again.

I don't want to know the name of 8 years old child who killed the person and it is dangerous.

It is VERY DUMB to let 8 years old to play GTA IV and he doesn't have mentally capable to know if game or movie is real.

It will be parent's fault. :ugh:

I started play GTA in 1998 when I was 10 years old and I know it wasn't real.

Oh wow, the child won't criminally charged.

Louisiana law prohibits authorities from charging the child with a crime because of his age, the sheriff's office said. The law states: "Those who have not reached the age of 10 years are exempt from criminal responsibility. However, nothing in this article shall affect the jurisdiction of juvenile courts as established by the constitution and statutes of this state."

He's 8. I'm sure he just thought it would be fun to play with the gun like in the game. All 8 year olds with loaded guns are a danger. They are children and don't understand what they are doing.

I don't think i really understood death until i started hunting at 12 or so and that's a leason many don't encounter until they are adults. I doubt he really understood what he did.

Omg... 8?!? Jesus man... what happened to gun education in elementry school? I has the D.A.R.E. program in elementry school to warn about drugs and not to touch weapons! Just me? Good god! So sad...

No $$$ to fund programs like that in some cities. I have a friend that livers in PA . and she said her city had stop having programs that the cops use to have as there was no $$$ to fund it anymore.

What I don't understand is why was the loaded gun left where a child could find it ? Gun owners needs to be more responsible about keeping their guns and bullets away from kids .

The last I heard was that the gun belonged to the woman. State DARE programs do cost money, but I believe the NRA's Eddie Eagle program is free.

Or perhaps you don't understand how smart 8 years old can be. My oldest son tried to figure out when he was about 8 years old, only problem is that it is air rifle, making it harder for him to load and shoot. If it was .22 then he probably will have figured out.
