Verizon is outsourcing in India and I can't understand what people are saying on the phone . If I ask a person to speak a little slower they'll

I had not eaten any of their product in years , I use to made chocolate chips
cookies for my family but I can't have them anymore . I made some for my SIL and he said they were the best homemade cookies he gotten for a gift.
