It's been proven that typographically, text that is upper and lower case is easier to read than all upper case.

However, the problem with the website control of thread titles is that it doesn't allow for acronyms and abbreviations that are supposed to be all caps, such as FBI, NYC, UN, USA, NAD, GITMO etc.

OK , I am poor at spelling and I didn't have spellcheck to help me so I could find correct my mistakes easier when I used all CAP . I forgot that we can't use all caps on our titles .

Alex won't allow any members to use all caps, except for extreme situations.

However, WDYS was using correct format while typing "OD".
If you want to indicate the overdose, the correct way to abbreviate it is OD not Od.
It's not WDYS's fault the system used here is not working in accordance to all the US abbreviations and acronyms.
Also, it's clear to me WDYS wanted merely to point out she meant overdose while typing OD but the system changed that.
She wasn't complaining about what happened - she was explaining. that's all.

Yes that is correct if I was to report a client had overdose I would that to have O D and not Od my boss would had asked why did I put overdose that way .
