19 years old impregnated 11 years old

Damn! Poor 11 years old lost her childhood due to being motherhood at early age! :( BOTH mothers :rl: They know better!!! UGGGGGGGGGGGH! I would NOT allow anything happen to my kid!
 
Only one year of probation!?! The moms defianitly know better and should have gotten a harsher sentence.
 
That's crazy both mothers consented to the relationship. I have to say 11-years old is a way too young to be having a relationship, those mothers need some help definately!

and the boy could face life in prision :eek: thats too long.. i feel like he's not decpline good by his parents so is it his 100% fault?
 
im sure 2 mom need know dont touch the kids! ever but that crazy!
 
OOOOH...my daughter will be 11 next year. I will hit the ceiling big time if that happened to her. I cant imagine what the hell is wrong with these mothers for ALLOWING it? Are they out of their minds?
 
dang,, I would never consent to allow my child have a sex with older guy or any ages... It is NOT right for PARENTS to give permissions like that..

*shaking my head* I got 3 kids... 13 half, 10 and 3... These kids better wait till they are over 18 years old! BUT to be honest... I prefer them to be honest and open up to me so they can be in "protections" and I will always regret that i get it but I will know that they're safe from diseases.. so I prefer they wait till they are over 18 years old. I told my daughter that and she knew I would rather her to come to me but so far.. *knocking on wood* nothing yet! and I rather her to keep "free" from it till she get marriage.. from what I have witness in my teens time.. my mom send my 2 sisters to our dad to live with him cuz they were not listening to my mom and they got pregnant etc.. soo I wouldn't want my kids to grow up like what I witness so I prefer them be open with me.. :) sorry that i went offtopic but.. it is important for parents to have a better communications with their child/children so they can make sure it's open communications!

Tough Loves do work but Open Communications will be much better as I believe!

I say people should be required to pass parental screening tests before they have children........

I agree with u..would rather until my kids are at least 18...gosh, loooking back having sex in high school was such a big thing and I ask myself now, WHY? Sex is not all that cracked up to be ..not worth all the risks associated with it.
 
the only thing i disagree about this law is... putting that man in jail for life..

which means.. he don't have to pay child support, he don't have to help raise the kid, don't have to worry about anything. just jail for life...

is that fair to the 11 yr old? i think not... plus that 11 year old girl is taken away from her family.. to social service (foster home)

i think the man should be jailed for short term... the reason.. both mothers (the man's mother and the 11yr old girl's mother) knows about their relationship and they contiune to let them stay, and so on...

remember it happen last year.. and now all of them are charged in crime.

i believe the man should be jailed then released in short time and become a RESPONISBILE FATHER raise the kid like every father should.. instead of staying in jail free..

I disagree.... that 19 years old should be jailed because statutory rape is a CRIME!
 
Even if statutory rape is a crime, I think there are other crimes that deserve life imprisonment instead. Put rapists and child molesters in jail for life, not statutory rapists. Geez.
