19 year old guy has sex with 15 year old girl

One thing that came in my mind....

What if there is a high school sweetheart? One is Senior and going to graduate in spring time. And she/he date with Freshman? I wonder if they have to break up or she/he (freshmen but going to be sophmore) would wait till she/he graduate and go back with same person that dated way back from when she/he was Freshmen?

A friend of mine dated older guy but she never reported to cop. Cuz he was 21 and she was 16 or 17 or 18 (can't remember how old she was) WHILE in high school. She did got pregnant and had 3 girls from same guy. I was like SHEESH! She should CLOSE her legs and wait till she graduate high school but she did graduate while she have the baby. (her two younger sisters are deaf, that's how I know :) )

Sex can be fun BUT you need to be protect yourself from older man/woman (don't matter which one). I was so careful when I was younger because I know I could get pregnant or whatever.

Yes it's very AGAINST LAW of AGE Bec 19 year old guy shuld know better that she is only 15 age as under minor god sake!
 
its against the law to have sex with anyone under the age of 18..

my brother let my niece (she is almost 17) date a 20 yrs old guy. but they cant go out on date.. but double date is allowed.. he live at the house but in separate bedroom with my nephew. he is in college right now. he is very patient and understanding that my bro is strict. if my bro find out he did have sex with my niece. im sure he will call cop on him for statuatory rape and kicked him out of the house.. with understanding and respect he will have to learn to wait and be patient TILL MARRIAGE! thats what my bro said.. lol :)

Don't forget Age of Consent applies to every states law. so not all states have same law.

In most (if not all) states it would be illegal. Sex with a minor in Maryland is not necessarily illegal. Maryland has what is known as an 'Age Gap' law. An 18 year old could have sex with a 15 year old because they are only 3 years apart. A 19 year old could not legally have sex with 15 year old. A 19 year old could have sex with a 16 year old though, but a 20 year old could not.
 
Girl, 15, male, 19 that would be rape. Period, even if she consented.

There are laws to protect our children.

My sister is 16 yrs old soon to be 17 yrs old in Nov. and her boyfriend is 19 yrs old will be 20 in Dec.
 
Here's an interesting question. Let's say that the incidence of statutory rape is considerable in the US. (I don't know the exact figure, but California lawmakers seem keen on prosecuting statutory offenders to cut down on teenage pregnancy, so I'm assuming there's some significant frequency)

Does that mean we should invest more as a society in sexual education programs to reach young teenagers? What about especially in low-income areas, where people may not be well-educated about the possibility of STD infection or pregnancy options for underaged statutory rape victims?

Just some interesting thoughts to ponder on.

Child pornography is an illegal in Europe countries except Asia countries. That's why many pedophiles went there...

True, I don't agree with US law about Statutory Rape because of that few years part... I feel bad for 18 years old to being treat as "pedophile" because he love 15 or 16 years old very much. Few year part is harmless...

With Child pornography, Rapist, sex abuse, etc.. are understandable...

My mom had me when she was 17 and my Dad was 24 years old. Thanks God, my parents don't live in America... and also my Grandparents as well... Thank God, that my Grandparents are understanding people and support my parents and their love instead of sue my Dad for Statutory Rape. We as parents are free to have our decision on our children instead of have Government to control us.

Yes, there're many school sweethearts around Europe... Love is not crime because they choose to love each other. I'm one of them... It doesn't mean that 18 years old is a pedophile because he love me (16 years old).

Well, there're high preggies teenagers in the world is in America... Why? because they are not being teach how to take care of themselves - what sex is... The parents keep themselves all the time and treat their children as children which not right... That's how it make the children go wrong path...

Yes that's right. I was being taught what right or wrong... When I was 17 years old and involved with 19 years old guy... Is it crime for 19 years old to love me as 17 years old? :roll: Is he pedophile or what? That's because I'm 17 years old. :roll: Age gap is no matter but love...

i noticed that its illegal for an adult to have sex with an minor but if an minor had sex with an other minor no its not illegal it ll just piss the parents off thats all it ll do how do i know? well i had sex at 13 years old with an 14 yrs old gal just cuz i dunno what the hell sex was she showed me apparently oh well cant remember details through

and heath statury whatever the heck its called rape is diffrent than that thread about rapist being murdered for one that 19 yrs old and 15 yrs old (unless i m wrong) decided to have sex hance its not an simple rape emphasis on the "statury"

Hi Liebling, you do have a good point here. What Alex is trying to show that guy is that it is not ok to go after teen girls who clearly are still in high school. It is best for him to move on to bigger and better things. Women. Not teen girls who are still in high school. That guy needs to see all sides of the story especially the hardcore part about what can happen to a guy wheter he is accused of statutory rape or a real rape. The difference in the charges still would not matter in prison. There are like what 500,000 inmates teeming with fathers, uncles, grandfathers, cousins, brothers who are doing hard time and then this guy comes along..... You think you want him sleeping next to you ? How can you get mail from your mother or your daughter or your granddaughter while you are in prison and still be comfortable and trust him ? It goes way deeper than that. Just about every man knows to not do anything to a girl or a woman at all period. That is what it is all about, man .....

yeah sad but true i was one of the 13 years old who had sex with an 14 yrs old pissed my parent off big time but not illegal nah that law applies with an adult having sex with an minor
