1 billion rows and 26 million members in database

Hey guys..I will write program that will run fast and handle with 1.6 billion rows at MySQL by using tree formula..I am not sure if MySQL can hold 1.6 billion rows and 1,600 tables.

It can hold 1.6 billion rows and 1,600 tables. My new program can find one of 1.6 billion rows in less one sec at one server. It's 866MHZ PIII and 512MB RAM

SQL is a good programming language. It will search through databases real quick.

Yeah, it is true. However, if SQL database structure is designed properly and well then it will run and search fast. If it isn't then it will run slowly.
