I have had this happen to me, i don't like it, People say "Youre deaf? No you cant be, you speak too well to be deaf!"

I still have my deaf accent, but i am ashamed of it...it's really thick...Nobody understands me and say.."You speak too well to be deaf!" when i speak normally...whatever "Normal' is!!!!!!!!

ASL is somewhat confusing to me. i need a tutor to help me understand the ASL sentences. I use a mix of SEE and ASL, not sure what that is called. I was raised with SEE/oral method. I hate the oral method. I have a counselor who is hearing and hates me signing to the point of mocking the sign...
