    Junk yards closing….

Or could it be that these junkyards sold their entire inventories to the Chinese for materials input for their factories? They have the money to buy ALL AT ONCE.

    Any ISL users?

I recall there are efforts underway to create a constructed sign language ("consignlang" as in "conlang" - constructed language), an international sign language, which if it follows the teaching methodology of Esperanto, would accomplish a few things. 1) Give you tools to help you accelerate...

    Anyone know Esperanto

I know this is over two years old, but it doesn't hurt to check and see if anyone's started learning it since then. I'm interested in learning it on the promise of it being easier to learn than ethnic/national languages and prepping me for a more organized way of learning those languages in the...

How do deaf make phone calls in the US?

I will have to contact Purple about this, as their registration system doesn't work. i711 Relay keeps thinking that I'm outside the US trying to call into the states.

How do deaf make phone calls in the US?

    IPRelay -- Sorenson vs. Purple?

Number one, no of course not, I've never cheated the IP Relay system. Why would I? It was the ONLY way I could connect with the outside world on an immediate basis. Now, I have to go back to the 70s where I had to ask someone to make a phone call for me. Do you know how much I HATE that...

    IPRelay -- Sorenson vs. Purple?

    IPRelay -- Sorenson vs. Purple?

Damn it, Biker... I was not asking for a long-horizon lesson. I NEED HELP REACHING 8 BUSINESSES WHO ARE AS MUCH AS 160 MILES APART FOR A NEEDED PART, OTHERWISE I CAN'T STAY IN MY HOME. DO YOU UNDERSTAND THE GRAVITY OF MY NEED? HOW DO I REACH A HEARING PERSON IN THE US? That was all I was...
