My TWO cents I grew up with SEE (in the classroom) and ASL (outside of the classroom). SEE is too English for me, and it lacks of any Deaf culture that is a huge part of my upbringing. It is too... uptight, in my opinion-- whereas with ASL you are much freer to express your thoughts and whatnot...
