Awwww... Well maybe you could try talking to a lawyer. They should be able to tell you if theres a case here. That would probably be the first step if you feel compelled to persue. I can tell that you are passionate about this. So I would just see if you could talk to someone who can answer...

Dang... I would think it would be awesome to hear songs in my head. I hope no one minds my asking... But is it possible to "rock out" to the music in your head? Or do you just find it annoying?
