I run my 360 on 2 different tvs. One, a 20' Fullscreen LCD Sharp, which maxs out at 480p and still kicks butt. The other, a 50' Plasma that maxs out at 720p. From what I can tell, 480p is good enough. I played on a 13' SDTV for a few weeks before getting the 20' LCD. I'm happy with 480p.
