Each state has different rules. I know Illinois has several deaf/coda-soda VR counselors that is very helpful but limited to their rules. What state is this for?

Just not feeling it at all... my doctor once told me hotdogs are ok two times a year... Ill stick with eating hotdogs from a real hotdog joint around Chicago. Thank you!
