Color and delay from caption/scene. Sometimes (but rarely) it cuts out mid-sentence and the actor is speaking, but there is no captions for the 'other half' of the sentence. I know I set my caption color it yellow/black outline but the captions change the color to white? It's more challenging...

I can watch it with CC in class, but we have Q&A after the movie, and I can't do Q&A while watching movie or else I miss stuff. So if I watch it via CC at home... and then watch it again when we get the Q&A I won't miss as much. I can lipread and do have FM.

In a way, I do the same. If I really want to save up for something, I put a certain amount in. I remember doing it as a kid. I still have that huge teddy bear looking jar in my room somewhere... wowza ages ago.

They need to meet halfway, if they want to communicate they got to realize it's not only just verbal, there are other alternatives. I know what you mean I have low vision too so I get tired but people needed to realize other ways to communicate with me. I present my matter in a simplified way...
