    Finally after all these years I've started sign class

    I'm guessing its a bad sign that my tutor can't understand me but moves on with the lesson. There's 2 students in the class. He was knew(we have done Disability rights stuff together) I have CP(so has he) before he agreed to have me in class.

    Nor here. I'm lucky to have great grandparents. Replacement equipment is part of MY budgeting Times change for the better Here a lot of services once reserved for the D/deaf are now available for APDers

    Found out the software Phonak use for the Insprio and Dynamic is different to the software they use for the Smartlink. Yes that is the microphone I'm talking about. There's two teachers teaching in the classroom.

    Will a DynaMic work with a Smartlink(I own both models)? Or do I need to get VR to pay for a Inspiro FM transmitter(As VR funding is capped in NZ at $16,900 a lifetime I don't really want to spend $1,250.00ish on another 2 transmitters)?

    :shock:Common sense not use it :shock: All technology/communication choices should be child leaded.So if child doesnt want hearing aids/FM/cochlear implant on today thats fine thats there right theres always tomorrow You would put the FM system on Ebay and get some of your money back...
