What do some people beleive about religion?

How do you think God feels about what religion have done during war time?

How do you feel that many people kill each other due their different religion belief?

Did God accept people´s form of religion?

Were the religious leaders who were trying to kill Jesus worship God?

What about the hundreds of religion at present time?

Do you agree that those religion are false?

How do you know worship to God in the way to be acceptance?

Do you really beleive that the church is acceptance to God?

I was baptized Catholic and did learn about it but then I decided that religion is not for me.

I cant answer why religion should matter. It means a lot to some people so they are probably better than me in answering.

All I know is that I am like u Liebling...how does one know their religion is right and so on.

Yes, that's problem is the author of different religions interpreted their bibles differently to brainwash the people when they beleive in one God, many or idols. That's why I don't have any religion to choose but netural. I cannot say anything against their beliefs because they choose to beleive in but I can say something what I know from bible story (not scriptures or verus).

I guess it would be different story if we all have only one path to the one bible or many bibles with same interpretation, don´t we?

The bible authors intrepeted different on same scriptures to lead people to beleive/decide which bible are right for them.

Example: A christian said JW's bible is not correct but JW said that christianity's bible is not correct. Why could they say this because they feel in their heart that one of different religions is right for them thru read the bible. This is a influence.

Yes, I rather to read the bible story as history like accept where we come from instead of tell you that your bible is wrong and my bible is right. I don´t bother to know what the scriptures/vereus says because I don't know either the interpretation is correct or not. All what I want to read the bible story as history instead of do what the bible says. No matter which bibles... just bible story as history...

I have no problem with the people who speaks/write the bibles - I accept it as history....... but I has the problem that the people who become different religions and fight each other to tell each other that their bibles are wrong and right etc. You go hell if you do not accept God, judge each other etc. etc. etc.

Weak people need something to believe in. Weak people like to be led rather than taking their own actions. Weak people are afraid of what will happen to them afterlife. Weak people are easily brainwashed. Weak people are perfect candidate for zealots, leaders, or prophet.

So yes religion does matter.

That is what turned me off from religion. I didnt appreciate many people telling me that. Just seems so negative, ya know?

Anyways...yes all those wars over religion is really unfortunate. Too many innocent people die and for what?

I found interesting and going to type and copy what my bible wrote.

All religions are good, many people say. "They are simply different roads leading to the same place." If this were true, your religion would not really matter, for it would mean that all religions are acceptable to God. But are they?

When Jesus Christ walked the earth, there was a religious group known as the Pharisees. Theyhad built up a system of worship and beleived it had God´s approval. Yet, at the same time, the Pharisees were trying to kill Jesus! So Jesus told them: "You do the works of your father." In answer they said: "We have one Father, God." - John 8:41.

Was God really their father? Did God accept their form of relgions? Not at all! Even though the Pharisees had the Scriptures and thought they were following them, they had been misled by the Devil. And Jesus told them so, saying: "You are from your father the Devil, and you wish to do the desires of your father. That one was a manslayer when he began, and he did not stand fast in the truth, ... he is a liar and the father of the lie." - John 8:44

Clearly, the religion of the Pharisees was false. It served the interest of the Devil, not God. So rather than viewing their religion as good, Jesus condemned it,. He said to those religious Pharisees: "You shut up the kingdom of the heavens before men; for you yourselves do not go in, neither do you permit those on their way in to go in." (Matthew 23:13) Because of their false worship, Jesus called those Pharisees hypocrites and poisonous snakes. Because of their bad course, he said that they were on the way to destruction - Matthew 23:25:33.

So Jesus Christ did not teach that all religions are simply different roads leading to the same place of salvation. In his famous Sermon on the Mount, jesus said: "Go in through the narrow gate; because boroad and spacious is the road leading off into destruction and many are the ones going in through it; whereas narrow is the gate and cramped the road leading off into life, and few are the ones finding it." (Matthew 7:13, 14) Because they fail to worship God in the right way, most persons are on the road to destruction. Only a few are on the road leading to life.

"A look at the way God dealt with the nation of Israel makes it clear how important it is to worship God in the way that he approves. God warned the Israelities to keep away from the false religion of the nations round about them. (Deuteronomy 7:25) ...

Yes, the Bible is FACTUAL history. The Old Testament tells you about the history of Jews only. The New Testament tells you about Jesus and YOU, even the church. Remember that ALL the people is under the Bible.

And God says to Noah, "Take with you seven pairs of all clean animals, the male and his mate; and a pair of the animals that are not clean, the male and his mate; and seven pairs of the birds of the air also, male and female, to keep their kind alive upon the face of all the earth."

God would not spare those who has sinned, just the same way God did not spare the angels when they sinned. There is no differences.

I was used to attend the church, Christians and Pastor said to me that The church will save christians and even rapture them after church destory by the wicked world. Thats why christians had been brianwashed by pastor. sad *sigh*

People created the religion done during war times. look at Islam, Followers and Islam leader made war against jews and even against christian followers. Like Germany and catholic created religion to made war against jews who live in gremany.

Dinosaurs were around when Adam and Eve were around, In bible (Genesis 1:29-30) the animals God created were vegetarians. When Adam rebelled against God bringing sin into the world, they all got kicked out of the Garden of Eden. Dinosaurs die on their own, God did not kill them.

WTF? No they die out due to asteriod impact. If Dinosaurs are still roaming on the earth, I dont think human would surivive unless God send fireball to earth to wipe out dinosaurs to allow human civilization to grow.
