the clone meat to let consumers decide either they can buy or not?

http://www.alldeaf.com/general-health/48397-would-you-eat-cloned-meat.html

To me, yes... it should be obligation because the people should decide themselves either they can buy clone meat or not... It's people's decision... that's why the label is an obligation.

Yup, it should be labelled to make let us know if cloned or not, no question asked.

If I'm getting serious health problem from meat clone then I will switch to vegetarian, if FDA don't require labelled for cloned meat.

I'm concerned about lunch at public school, that where kids don't know if it's cloned or not but they would pick cloned over real because of cheaper price, who knows.

I voted yes labeling the clone meat as clone meat is a oblingation as fact.

I voted yes it is a fact...I want to know what I am eating. ALL foods should be labeled properly on the chemicals they use, not just the nutritional facts. but any thing that is in the food, If they can not fit it on the box they should have a hotline or a website to list all that was done to raise, process or make that certain edible. I bet if they did that no one would eat half of the stuff they are eating now..

Makes me wonder how it is that the government knows more than us, lol.

my vote says yes!

my mom never put labels for meat ground and lots of mores but my mom knew what types of foods and lots of mores

Well, Depends the location of stores every out the country willing product label on the meat.. don't let anyone knew about this meat really cloned...

Pretty hard...

I wish they could respect and label "cloned the meat" let them everyone know about this one.. may effect people will NOT going buy this product which it's cloned meat!
Losing their business feels?

I would like to see meat products from cloned animals labeled.

it would be good for people have right to know which meat they are purchase. Sad, more people would rush and buy and didn't realize it's cloned. It's common mistake.

Maybe someone have fancy idea to design to make look more friendly.

Mod Note:Edited so as not to cause flaming or misunderstanding

Exactly, remember that dairy products are come from cloned animals that's why dairy products also need to be label to let the people know where it come from cloned animals or original animals.

It's not their fault that they didn't get positive information much.

The FDA better label meats "cloned" so people
can decide whether to buy cloned meats or the
regular...

Bear, my post dated was 17th January 2008 and you removed part of my post dated 21th January 2008. Why wait 4 days later then removed part of my post? Nobody complain my post here until you came...

I do not appreciate that you removed my part of my post 4 days later without talk me first because I know I didn't break AD rules here. I do not see that my misunderstand write to cause people offend or insult or what? I know my manner limit when I write my post here. Let ADers to tell or ask me themselves if they understand me correct or not. I would be glad to repeat my post. I feel being offensive by your remark when I know my manner limit for respect AD rules.

Have a good day.

Next time, it is suggested that you take this to 'PM'...and air out your concerns and whatnots there.

No matter how much time passed by, any 'action' taken by a moderator or administrator is done for good reasons.(remember also, there are a lot of posts here in this Forum, we cannot 'see' each one at the given time it was posted--therefore, perhaps getting it or seeing it later unless a report was filed) Not always when an action is taken, does it mean it's putting that particular poster/user down, but helping to prevent any possible flame-war and anything else that could wash down a thread in a bad way.

In the meantime, be thankful no other 'action' was taken--therefore, pls. respect and show your appreciation for what moderators do here. Afterall, our one goal and objective is to maintain a peaceful Forum for all members to enjoy and gather.

Peace out--

I know and respect AD's rule. I do not appreciate that Bear humliated my post to say that my post cause misunderstanding. Its up to ADers either they understand my post correct or not.. If they unsure then ask me. I often ask ADers either I understand their posts correct or not. They are glad to explain/convince me what they want to say.

If one of moderator feel that I cause bad or what then solve with me via PM, not humliate here because I know I did nothing wrong. What's do with respect when I feel being humliated and offend by moderator who removed part of my post for no reason when none of ADers complaints about my post here? It would be understandable if I insult/bash/offend ADers but misunderstanding???? I do not see anything in Alex's rules here about misunderstanding.

Look at Defee's post dated 17th January short after my post... Do she complaint about my post...? None... I am sure that she know what I am talking about... None of ADers complaint my post for 4 days until Bear... You as moderator must have known it.

I am sorry but I stand what I see it here.

Some people prefer to report posts privately, so you don't really know if anyone "complained" or not. Not everyone airs their complaints publicly.

Why 4 days later then?

I would convince ADers to ask ADers to explain/convince them if I am moderator. I have seen many posts around to ask each other either they understand correct or not without jump conslusions.
