What did you have for breakfast or lunch?

Ehrm, an apple as breakfast. And some vanilla yoghurt with strawberries and a donut as lunch.

So good !
 
I made a mix of food ... sausages, vegetables and the like. Counting my calories and macronutrients.
 
Morning, hello from the other side. Coffee for me in the making, that's breakfast for me.

Power outage this morning and got donuts and coffee. The power is back and all is good!

I am planning to eat Life Pumpkin Spice tomorrow for breakfast.

Breakfast: Waffles with sliced strawberries and maple syrup. Orange juice and coffee with pumpkin latte flavored creamer.

Lunch: fish, half sweet potato and half regular potato with butter (other half shared with family) with a little parboiled rice and black beans. Water and coffee again :)

Dinner: 1/2 cup of tomato soup with grilled cheese sandwich. Coffee again :)

Too much coffee:beer:! lol
